Having a four-year experience in training individuals, groups and athletic teams, Prince observed that many people follow diet plans and exercise routines that are found online. But these are useless without the right techniques and body form. Thus, he founded Benchmark Theory with one aim - to help people get fit, the right way.

Whilst Benchmark Theory can support many and any goals that you have in mind, we would like to you to focus on one main goal at a time.
Benchmark Theory has written content dedicated to provide more details of a certain workout, programme or recipe. While most of this content is free, some require a subscription that opens up access to a variety of features (e.g. workout programmes, tried-and-tested nutritional recipes, etc.)
